Ensure that the skateboard decks, trucks, or apparel are unused, unmounted, and still in their original shrink-wrap or packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Contact Support

Email our customer service team with your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

Package Securely

Place the items in a sturdy shipping box with the RMA number clearly written on the outside to prevent damage during transit and ensure faster processing.
